Reflect On Your Attitude

“Yes what you want?”  may be a direct way to find out what your customer wants but it is not Standard English. It also comes across as being very demanding or even bossy.

Suggested Phrases

These are standard English phrases that sound polite instead of antagonistic.

• “Are you being served?” 
• “How can I help you?”
