British Council is celebrating its 60th anniversary in Singapore this year. To mark this special occassion, they launched an online contest for the public to vote for their favourite Engilsh words. One lucky entrant will win a grand prize of a pair of return tickets to the UK.
More Than Words
Visitors can now vote for 6 of their favourite English words from a list of 60 words, put together by the students of British Council. They are then qualified to participate in a lucky draw for the grand prize of a pair of return tickets to UK.
Every 60th participant will win a prize. The contest will end on 3 July and Singapore's Favourite Words will be announced on 11 July.
