SGEM 08/09: I Can
SGEM 2008/09 was launched on 26 August 2008 with the simple key message – "I Can". I can help others improve their English. I can take action to improve my English. I can speak good English if I want to. This year’s Movement focuses on Singaporeans in the workforce, particularly service and retail staff.
