Once again, the colourful characters at HotDotCom, a fictional internet portal company, go through various adventures and misadventures when using the English language.

Among the staff at HotDotCom are Mei Ling, the Singaporean Managing Director, Jaya, the Indian Webmaster, Gary, the Singaporean Exhibition Organiser, Nora, the Singaporean receptionist and Simon, the recently arrived British Marketing Manager, who has taken over from Jane.

As in 2001, each lesson will take a humorous approach while conveying a serious message to "Speak Well. Be Understood". In addition, look out for the quiz point, which was unexplained in the audio clip, at the end of the script for each lesson.
