8. Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SGEM DIGITAL LIBRARY or to products you purchase through SGEM DIGITAL LIBRARY shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Singapore, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate SGEM DIGITAL LIBRARY’S intellectual property rights, SGEM DIGITAL LIBRARY may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
