Service English for Retail Professionals
To help raise customer service standards in Singapore, the Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) in partnership with the Speak Good English Movement is launching a new training programme called “Service English for Retail Professionals”.
The course is targeted at foreigners and older Singaporeans who are not fluent in English working in the service and retail sectors. Besides learning how to listen and speak English confidently with customers of different cultures, retail and service workers will also pick up appropriate phrases and vocabulary used in retail scenarios.
At the end of the course, they will be able to use Service English to interact with customers effectively and professionally.
Please visit the SRA website for more information on Service English for Retail Professionals.
