To have clear diction, good speakers are careful with the way they enunciate consonant clusters. When there are more than two or three consonants grouped together and pronounced with no vowel between them, they are known as consonant clusters.
Let’s look at the consonant cluster “SPR” which appears at the beginning of words. Be sure to pronounce each letter clearly so as to convey your message correctly. Try pronouncing these words:
